Crawley Town Sir Tony Craig plays for them and will likely be captain on Saturday. Tom Nichols plays for them and shares his birthday with the manager John Yems. They are the Red Devils. Crawley is in West Sussex. The club was formed in 1896. Steve Evans led them into the league 10 years ago. They knocked City out of the FA Cup in 2011/12. Fair play.. They won promotion to L1 in May 2012. Former manager Dermot Drummy took his own life in 2017. How awful. This club has been through a lot in the last 15 years including almost financial ruin, yet they survive. They see their biggest rivals as Wimbledon, Brighton and Swindon. Sam Matthews plays for Crawley. Neither Nichols or Matthews were in the matchday squads v Northampton or Charlton. They lost 6-1 at Charlton in the pizza cup on Tuesday. They have played 4 games, winning 1 and drawing 1. They have played Rovers 9 times, winning twice. They have not beaten us for 6 years and the last 4 games.

Barrow a - should get something EMPEROR SUPERBUS WAS RIGHT Crawley relegation candidates h - we will win Pool a - toughie, but why not a draw Orient h - covid victims Harrogate went there and won, so a home win Walsall relegation candidates a - we will win Swindon h - doesn’t bear thinking about losing, there will be loads of aggression to Ben and lots of pro Barton support in this noisy derby fixture, I predict win Carlisle a - why not at least point
7 unbeaten in league taking 15 from 21 points.

The Emp’s is cocksure about his predictions, we will see how it pan’s out. Emp’s Sir, attire for Saturdays meeting, I suggest the brown Toga.

They are the only club in the whole of the UK, situated right next to Gatwick Airport.

Gareth Southgate attended Pound Hill Junior School and Hazelwick School in Crawley, One of the neighbourhoods of Crawley is called Southgate too. Anyway, the great Daley Thompson is from Crawley, along with Alan Minter.

Romesh Ranganathan, Ms. Dynamite, and lots of trolley-dollies (although, a lot fewer than there were in 2019, and hopefully not too long before their numbers go back up again; although, in the interests of climate change and pollution, a reduction in air travel has been welcome, so hopefully if made redundant they've secured other employment they are happy with).

Crawley's name is derived from the Anglo Saxon crawe leah meaning a 'crow infested clearing'. Crawley’s FC’s nickname is the mundane ‘Red Devils’ however ‘The Crows’ are the nickname of Royston Town. Roysters Crisps T-Bone steak flavour are one of the best pub snacks ever behind scampi fries.

Their squad is so strong they can leave Matthews and Nichols out is disconcerting!

Roysters Crisps T-Bone steak flavour are one of the best pub snacks ever behind scampi fries. Not convinced that this qualifies as a fact. More sort of.. a personal opinion.

Highest quality and most erudite thread for some time.Restored my faith in the sheer profound knowledge of Gasheads. The Crawley in question is very near Gatwick but there are a couple more in Hampshire and Oxfordshire.
