After using iFollow for the first time last week for the Ipswich game, I'm giving it another go today. That makes it a 4:00am kick-off for me so here's hoping it will be worthwhile. In the past, in big games like these, Rovers teams often dashed any new found hope and enthusiasm just when it looked like we were on a roll. After watching this group of players in action against Ipswich and Plymouth I think they might be different. I was impressed not only with the teamwork and performance but the passion and pure enjoyment displayed. It won't be easy against a Posh team that have no shortage of in-form strikers but I think we can get something out of this. 1-1 for me. UTG

Normally it's the sort of match in which I would expect us to throw in a terrible performance. Can't see that today, so much going on would have taken the pressure of the players and should be a heightened atmosphere, really looking forward to it.

I've seen more or less every match on iFollow and, like you, have been impressed by their grit and determination, especially on the road. You could see the stuffing getting knocked out of the Ipswich and Plymouth players as their frantic attacks failed time and again, and Southend just folded completely when we tore into them in the second half. It's not dull park the bus defending by any means because our high press enables us to break quickly. Nor is it long ball stuff, as some fans seem to suggest, but a case of play the ball that's on at the time, be it a long raking pass, neat interplay down the flanks or a neat ball through the channels. I'm not sure what to compare the style of play with, but there's definitely a bit of Chris Wilder in there. I hope it's not a case of nice while it lasted when a new manager takes over.

Assuming nothing weird happens like Bennett gets picked,we ought to give Posh a game. I hope the lads are more concentrated on the game than Gasheads. What a crap week! Can our temporary (possibly) management team inspire the lads and make decisive decisions in the heat of battle? Those Posh goalscorers are a test for any team. We'll need another fantastic performance.

The o p took the words out my mouth. 1-1 for me.
If we can win we are 3rd. If we can win and so do Pompey, we are 2nd.
Still, if the pasties run out or someone gets one overcooked, I'm sure there'll be an uproar!
I hope it's not the longest day on the shortest day. COME ON YOU BLUES! UptheGas..

Unchanged from Tuesday then. Hopefully the squad have a bit of a siege mentality developing with all the off field distractions. Can't help but feel that having Millwall Tone in the dressing room must be a massive positive for the Club. Hopefully we'll dig in again and get something out of the game. UTG.

Posh sounding like they can be dangerous out of nowhere. Going to be very difficult to keep optimum mental alertness for 90 minutes.

ATM both teams looking positive. Little to talk about other than one disallowed goal by posh. We look much more a pressing tram

Full disclosure, I have my blue-tinted glasses well and truly on but ...
These Peterborough players are dropping like a sack of spuds with ANY contact.
