Wael, we do appear to have done some pretty good business right at the death of the transfer window. Two defenders is just what the doctor ordered one, who’s namesake is Dirk Bogarth who starred in one of my favourite films called The Night Porter along side Charlotte Rampling.
The other recruit’s name is synonymous with the UK’s most profitable franchise. Which brings me neatly on to the MK Don Body Snatchers, how that was ever sanctioned is beyond me. Hopefully we will muller road them into oblivion on Saturday and they can join Forest Gump in the race to league two.
JB’s given himself a real dilemma for Saturday, by opting to put a third choice child keeper from Brentford in goal last week ahead of one of the best goal stoppers the Gas have ever had. It seriously backfired, Joey really needs to make the right call - UTG

No chance our new GK will show his mettle given a few games? Bearing in mind our starting line up may have a few new defensive faces in it soon.

(echo BG.... hilarious title!) Well maybe too much information for this forum but hey why not a bit of exhibitionism, but I got a Belly inny.....
I think it's key to medium and long term success to sort this out.
Belshaw in, restored, loan signing as a decent sub in case something goes wrong. Unless there's something not aware of?
And this is a decent test for inevitably new defence team. I still think we're weak on the flanks, but we are where we are and the secret is keeping everyone fit and disciplined, experience will follow..
Personally, I'd rather mkD went out the league altogether and there would be nothing so satisfying as starting their slip with 3 points on Saturday.
Play Sinclair like v Morecambe. Ward for Coutts. 2 new defenders and go for it!
Give a royal 16 mins applause and send them back with nowt. COME ON YOU BLUES!

Our people must rate him or they would'nt of signed him. So I'm hoping he'll show his mettle and is even better than James.

Not sure how to call this one - I hope everybody gets behind the young keeper. I have high hopes for a couple of the new lads, whether they will deliver this early is another matter. Being an optimist, I'll go for 3-1 Rovers. UTG.

We have played MK Dons 18 times, W6, D3, L9..biggest win 4-1, loss 3-0 and a 3-3 draw.
MK Dons were founded in 2004, play their home games at stadium MK which has a capacity of 30,500.
Manager Mark Jackson played most of his career for Scunthorpe and has been at the helm since last december.
Due to their shared ancestry in Wimbledon F.C., there is an unavoidably acrimonious rivalry with AFC Wimbledon.
Other rivalries are with Peterborough United, Northampton Town and Wycombe Wanderers..
Captain Dean Lewington is 38 and has played for both MK Dons & Wimbledon in over 900 games.
Ex-managers were Karl Robinson, Paul Ince, Danny Wilson, Martin Allen, Paul Tisdale, Roberto Di Matteo.
Will be a tough contest on saturday, i think a resounding 3-0 would be in order and a great way to bounce back.

Have a good feeling about this, the lads will be hurting after Morecambe and i feel we will see a revitalised team and performance. I will go 3-0 and a hatful of chances as we play high press. We really need this, a defeat could see both fora go nuts, it’s not been pleasant over the other place. I mainly read when like that. We really need to concentrate on getting the points to stay in this league and stop talk of promotion IMO. Realism has never been a thing, not since we habve had the manager build us up. I will stick with my preseason placing of 16th

Hmm,very much looking forward to the game,it feels an age since the last Mem game.
New players! How will they fit in?
I hope to see a possession game from Rovers, with players comfortable knocking the ball about.
Then we'll want to create the space for our brilliant forward players.
The chap brought in from Blackpool, hopefully he can make up for Jordan Rossitters absence.
Then of course,we must d e f e n d.
It may take abit of time to settle in,so we may have to show some patience.
It'll be very interesting.
In a nutshell and compared to the Morecambe game,we need to improve in every department of football imaginable except possession,we're good at that.
Right off up the Muller Road.
Come on Rovers!
