If it were the other way around, would you not be angered ? think that rovers have previously been "on the other side" of this story, where at the last minute the home team have cottoned on to the fact there may be "more of them than us" ,, FGR were a contender for this several years ago on the play off game, but that never worked did it.with the volume of{Bristol] rovers fan turning up on the evening sour grapes me thinks ... not that Salford were likely to bring 8,000 mind!! I remember a cup tie away to Birmingham, a few years back. They only opened part of one stand for us, which was pitifully inadequate. In the first minute, Elliot Richards was clean through on goal, and if he`d scored while people were still stumbling about trying to find a seat, there could have been a disaster.
But he missed, ( obvs ).

I know both have got into the football league on merit, but it's crazy that both these clubs are in the football league with their perthetic support bases. Salford only bringing 150/200 for what really is a playoff match says it all. Also that excuse that they have all they clubs around them doesn't wash with me either. They have got high profile owners throwing cash at them. And Salford on its own is quite a big place to be able to tap into some of that support. Mangotsfield, or Yate would be getting better support then SCFC if they were in this position.

Come on Rovers. I think a full house will be massive today. The extra man. Are you still in England Chelts? No mate, I’ve been back for two weeks. I’ll be in UK come September hopefully in division 1. I’ve got my ifollow pass and looking forward to seeing the Mem all excited for the match. I would recommend the hospitality tickets at $65 each - great food, good seats and a really good touch after the match to see the MOM presentation. Also am a new fan of Gloucester Road. What a great place.

Sorry, my comment was aimed at those who already started to travel and then to be told no pay on the day so are we seriously looking to make the most out ther small space we have ? I honestly do not see any problem in allowing any club, city excluded, tickets on the day IF there is space, it is daft to have space and not fill it in my opinion. My apologies for not making that clear

Just seen this tweet from TG, Salford fans might be better off looking at their own club first. Tom Gorringe @thgorringe Not true at all. Fans come first in everything we do. This has occurred because Salford gave us the wrong sales figures and when corrected there wasn’t any tickets to sell on they day. They were aware of this hours before the announcement…we can’t sell tickets that don’t have. 9:33 PM · Apr 14, 2022 66 Reply Share Well done Tom. He's really been one of our success stories this season. 👏👏👏 The love in real

On a side note who would suddenly decide to go on the day on Good Friday, probably would have to travel Thurs to avoid all the travelling issues. A fair few are creatures of spur of the moment decision, i know i am

I watched the away match live in away too, Salty were so rubbish that day they don’t worry me as much today as Vale do Monday. Wether one or two goals needed we will get win today.

Sutton winning at Mansfield a great result for us, it means automatic is back on if they hold on, even draw is not good enough for Mansfield
Newport 0 Crawley 1. It’s one of those days the balloon goes up. The cows come home. Newport crashing two nil now.
tranmere losing to Bradford. The cows are coming home.

Impressed with Salford, we have struggled with their high press, which is normally a problem we cause.
Opened up last 15 mins. Our last min squad change not helping early on.
Their left winger is class.
A striker would be nice.

Mansfield and vale really struggling for points today, Rovers get win here and we go up automatically imo
Trust me this would be the key day if we win this one
in fact Mansfield nothing and vale only 1, a point here for us ain’t bad.

Got a feeling Matt Smith will sneak a winnet winnet (plural winnets) (Britain, regional) A small piece of faeces stuck to the hairs around the anus of a mammal. 😦
