The move to a back 4 has transformed our fortunes.
We have enough quality further upfield to win games.
What's not to like about this side currently? Motivated, good blend of youth and experience and IMPROVING.
Keep cheering. 😁😁😁

Barton Haters missed a treat last night. Shame. [br Find it quite hilarious that, as yet I have not seen anyone state that they " hate Barton" ,the point is, that it is the fact that your " Barton haters" actually Hate the fact he is in a position where some think he shouldn't because of his record, and baggage. #Bartonout ...

"Hater" is a ridiculous word to use. Most of us don't and didn't want Barton as manager. Some of us accept he's here now and continue to attend and support the team. Others can't bring themselves to do so. It's as simple as that.
That doesn't make us fans (Bas excepted 🙂), nor those who won't attend, haters.

I just love football, Rovers are my team, I have always just followed the name and the shirts, couldn’t give a Monkeys about the politics, hopefully there will be another encouraging performance and maximum points when Saturday comes.

Hatred is so misused these days. It’s like there are no other emotions involved. I never liked Barton as a player but I didn’t hate him. I felt the wally in the brolly had lost the plot when he gave him his one and only cap, and lowered the standards considerably in doing so, but I didn’t hate him. But I tell you what, if he doesn’t get us back to the level he dropped us from without a whimper and after bigmouthing about how easy it would be, I think I could start to hate the violent little twat.

It's starting to look like it. Is it? Maybe it's you and not Joe Barton that's full of s**t. Go girl

I have never hated anybody in my life and so have no inclination to hate J Barton Esq I do hate the actions of those who take their frustrations, drunken abuse and anger out on women. Bully boys who can't treat women as equals because of their insecurities or the fact that their career has come to an end and they need someone to blame. No I don't hate Barton but I hate the fact that BRFC is associated with a thug. So don't allow your prejudice to label everyone as haters and please don't judge us all by your own standards.

It was mentioned last night that Rovers have now kept a clean sheet on four consecutive home games. Apparently this is the first time this has happened for ten years ! Personally, think Connolly has made a positive difference. Looks like he`s got a calm, assured head on his shoulders. He's always got a mistake in him ala Harries, but unlike Harries he's improving every game. I also think he's hit it off with Taylor and they've become almost Ying and Yang. Alfie is going to have a hell of a job getting back in the side. What a shame neiither is our player.

I'm sure that part of the reason for Alfie's downturn in form was due to his confidence being affected by the loss of having Millwall Tone at his side. He was playing well just before the injury, and I hope that he gets back in contention soon, although I think that the existing pairing will be difficult to displace.

Its been a while since he's shown it regularly tho. Is it just the absence of a Millwall tone, or confidence, or formation, or other? Really don't know

Most players in the 4th their have a mistake in them, that’s usually why they’re in the 4th. However, when a defender or the keeper makes a mistake it can often concede a goal. Therefore I see no reason not to suggest a player has a mistake in them but are learning and improving.

Come forth he who is without mistakes Cast the first stone? For some reason, that reminded me of Gareth Chillcott, the Bath rugby player - who chucked a stone through the Boardroom window at Trashton in his youth.

Anderson Looks like we might have missed a pen just before? No penalties conceded or missed so far in todays game just viewed the highlights, think the pen should have been re taken, keeper off his line when ball was struck
