History tells us we're almost always worse in the second half of games. We effectively have only 25 mins left to score, as we never get goals beyond the 70 min mark. Very willing to be proved wrong!

HT. and as the game went on, the formation gas not played much in their careers is beginning to work as we get ball to players in space or with a bit of time. Did the space down donny right dry up a bit as well, or are we still giving them too much space left and right? Certainly Donny are tighter to us and competing for every ball better than Sunderland and Ipswich. And rovers are defending their box well today with good blocks.
Harries has been slipped a cup of Barton’s on field attitude.

thought they edged it, but 1-1 HT is about right did they ease off, or did we improve, or a bit of both? I'm not watching, but stats from one site show us 11 shots to their 4 and 9 chances created to their 3. Obviously stats (other than goals scored) mean bugger all, but sometimes, when you're a fan , there can be a tendency to be naturally pessimistic with how you think a game is going ( and probably with good cause when it comes to Rovers!) |

I’m watching a competitive game between two determined teams, defying their form books. It feels A Rovers win very much on if this continues. |
