Fantastic gesture by DC to let Matty get the applause from the crowd. Now come on Easter score a goal!

Brilliant. Even better that it was v Wycombe. Delighted for Taylor. Reminds me a bit of Rickie - he had his share of doubters in the early days. A re-run of all that wouldn't be bad at all.

Shame we didn't get another to jump Wycombe in the table but I'll accept being 2 points off playoffs.

The proverbial game of two halves. First was poor, second was brilliant. Best I`ve seen us play all season. Only their keeper prevented it from being four or five. Three cracking saves, especially one from a header by Taylor. And speaking of Taylor, I reckon we`ll be lucky to hold on to him come January. Terrific performance.

The "early days", Angas? There were plenty of people on here, up until a couple of weeks ago, giving Taylor all kinds of stick.

Poor first half, sorted out the central midfield at half time and the 2nd most horribleist team in the League didn't get a look in, we totally dominated the 2nd half.
Well done to the manager, he got the midfield sorted at half time.
Well done to all of the players, Parkes was very good, but obviously Matty Taylor was the star man. Goal 1, lovely clean strike, 2, quick thinking and no-nonsense finish, 3, comical defending but that's not his fault, whilst 2 defenders messed around he took full advantage.
Hope their supporters have a miserable journey home.
Did anybody have a clear view of that header, it looked well over the line when their keeper scooped it back out?

Do your mates still laugh at him and call The Waster?

I know it didn't take as long for him to win us all over, but it's the same sort of scenario. And with Taylor he's in a higher division this season so he's had to start again. Rickie didn't have that problem.

That was a superb second half, pure brilliance from Matty Taylor. Good luck at your next club in January Matty, lets hope everyone can now enjoy watching you for your final few games with us.
