I think Rovers need a big brute of a centre forward as another option, also a right full back. In the second half I thought that Rovers made enough chances and were unlucky not to equalise. The basis of a good team is already there but there do need to be a few changes and additions,I don't think that James Clark is not a full back and Parkes is a bit suspect. Some of the play was good and I thought that it was an enjoyable match to watch in a good old stadium, bet its a great atmosphere there when they get a good crowd for a night game. Lockyer, to me, can play right back. Clarke is better suited at centre half, but DC appears to be putting Lockyer there as first choice. The trouble is fitting Leads in the team as well. Parkes, as before, has lost form. Big centre forward, yes please, but they are probably waiting to see how Lucas gets on, to save money; so don't expect one before January, if then. I suppose that Leadbitter is injured or he would have played right back ? and with Lockyer on international duty it had to be James Clark but Lockyer or Leadbitter would be a better full back and then Clarke could play centre back where I think he is more suited.
I agree that Lucas needs to get a chance to see what he can do.
Another player who I am not sure about is Gosling,he seems better when he plays on the left but I don't know if he is good enough.

why can't Clarke and Lockyer play Centre-half and Leadbitter right back? (when fit obviously)or can McChrystal not be dropped
DC likes to play a right footed and left footed paring though. If Leadbitter had been available I reckon Clarke would have played with McChrystal
